The Spinal Injury Nurses Association aims:

To promote and encourage the study and practice of the discipline of spinal injury nursing and care;

To disseminate such knowledge by encouraging nurses and carers to give free presentation at the annual conference on spinal injury;

To publish "Clinical 43 Notes" as an avenue to interchange ideas and experience;

To encourage the highest ideals of professional and ethical standards.
